Who we are

The Next Step Studio is a career coaching practice run by Kate Daher, located at 120 Hewlett St, Roslindale, MA 02131. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, our booking calendar, email, and text messages, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), your answer to where you are in your career right now, anything you write in a message or chat, and any testimonial you choose to submit.

Booking information: the date and time you pick for a call and your time zone.

Basic technical information: your browser and device type and pages you visit, collected by our hosting and chat providers to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To schedule and hold your free Clarity Call, send confirmations and reminders, and follow up about coaching you asked about.

To send the emails you signed up for, such as the 5-Day Next Step Reset. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

To answer your messages and chat questions, and to publish a testimonial only in the way you gave permission for.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the practice, such as our customer management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our website host, and our video meeting provider (Zoom). They may use it only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and we rely on established providers that protect data in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as our main site and social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Cookies

The site and our chat widget use cookies and similar technologies to work properly and remember your chat. If we add analytics or advertising tools, they may use cookies to measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it and your choices

We keep your information for as long as we have a coaching relationship or you remain subscribed, and as needed for our records. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing us.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
